This site does not use tracking cookies or collect personal data. If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you.

Customer systems

When a company uses AQLdesk, the data in its system (jobs, inspectors, clients, reports and photos) belongs to that company. We process it only to provide the service, as a data processor under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). The data is stored on servers in Hong Kong. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. When the service ends, we return the data to the customer and then delete it.
